Great Clips® Solidifies Position as Official Hair Salon Sponsor of the College Football Playoff Through Multi-Year Relationship with Disney Advertising
MINNEAPOLIS (December 9, 2024) – Great Clips, the world's largest hair salon brand, today announced it has extended its position as the Official Hair Salon Sponsor of the College Football Playoff (CFP) through a multi-year relationship with Disney Advertising. Through this collaboration, Great Clips receives exclusive marketing rights surrounding the CFP, New Year's Six (NY6) and Championship Weekend, presenting sponsorship of the CFP Media Day, enhanced brand exposure across CFP and ESPN promotional campaigns as well as the ability to bring memorable fan experiences to events including Playoff Fan Central.
To kickoff bowl season and the College Football Playoff, Great Clips will air a new national television commercial called “We’re All In” beginning on December 7 across ESPN and ABC. The spot highlights how Great Clips helps everyone across the college football universe get game-ready with a fresh haircut and reinforces how customers can save money, make the most of their time by using the Great Clips app and get the same great haircut every time with Clip Notes. In addition to ESPN College Football Analyst Jesse Palmer, the spot also features popular influencer and college football fan Natalie Rose.
Great Clips will extend the “We’re All In” platform across its integrated marketing campaign for the College Football Playoff. Great Clips is signing NIL partnerships with notable college football players as well as other personalities that make up the fabric of college football including a podcast host, dancer, equipment manager, drum major and fan influencers. Players and personalities will release content across social media highlighting how Great Clips helped them get game ready ahead of the biggest games of the college football season.
In the coming weeks, Great Clips will also roll out its first-ever national promotion tied to the College Football Playoff to help fans get game day ready.
